Pinned For You LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information—and what rights you have—when you visit our website, use our services, or when your professional data is lawfully sourced by us from public platforms.
This policy applies to:
- Visitors to our website
- Registered users of our platform
- Individuals whose professional data we collect from public sources
We are based in the United States and operate globally. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable privacy laws.

How We Use Your Data
We use personal information to:

Important: Pinned For You provides time-limited access to curated professional contact data (e.g., event attendees) to enable pre-event planning, networking, and follow-up. Under certain laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), this type of data access may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. However, we do not operate as a data broker or provide unrestricted access to a permanent database. All data access is contextual, event-based, and limited in duration. You can opt out of this at any time using the opt-out form at the top of this page.

International Transfers
If you are outside the United States, please note your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not provide the same data protection standards.
We use Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards when transferring data from the EEA or UK.
Data Retention

- Communications: 1 year
- Payment records: 7 years (for tax/legal compliance)

You can request deletion at any time.
Event Data & Attendee List Access
Pinned For You provides users with temporary access to event attendee data for the purpose of improving networking outcomes before, during, and after events.
This data is:
- Event-specific – not a general-purpose database
- Time-limited – typically available for up to 30 days after the event
- Not permanently stored or exportable – not available as a standalone dataset for ongoing use
After this period, attendee data is automatically removed, restricted, or no longer accessible through the platform.
We are committed to minimizing long-term data retention and ensuring that access to professional contact data is contextual, relevant, and temporary.
