Acceptable Use Policy

PinnedForYou is designed for lawful, professional networking. You may only use the Service in accordance with:

• All applicable laws and regulations, including privacy, data protection, and anti-spam laws
• Pinned For You LLC's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

You may not use the Service to violate the rights of others or to engage in illegal, unethical, or unprofessional conduct.

You must not use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications
• Upload, generate, or share any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or falsely claim an affiliation
• Introduce or distribute malware, spyware, or phishing links
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to circumvent security controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, index, or extract data from the platform without our prior written permission
• Sell, resell, license, lease, or share access to the Service or data with third parties
• Upload sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, credit card info, government IDs) unless explicitly permitted by contract

If using PFY to send emails or generate messages:

• You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CPRA, or other applicable marketing and communication laws
• You are responsible for ensuring that contacts are lawfully acquired and not opted-out
• All AI-generated content is informational only — it's your responsibility to review and approve before sending
• You may not use AI tools to deceive, defame, or manipulate others

If you upload or import contacts, attendee lists, or CRM data:

• You must have a lawful basis to use and share that data
• You must not upload data that you know to be false, outdated, or deceptive
• You are responsible for any outreach made using your data, including honoring do-not-contact and deletion requests
• You must not use public or scraped data in a way that violates others' privacy rights

To ensure platform stability and fairness, you agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, or scraping tools to access or interact with PFY
• Access data you are not authorized to see
• Share account access or API keys with unauthorized users
• Attempt to copy or replicate PFY's data, algorithms, design, or structure
• Upload excessive volumes of data in a way that degrades service performance

Pinned For You LLC may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Policy or if we believe your actions harm the platform, users, or third parties.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at pinnedforyou.com/acceptable-use, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
