PinnedForYou LLC ("PinnedForYou," "we," "us," or "our") provides software tools to help professionals explore events, prepare for networking, and manage their own outreach. We are not a broker, agent, or intermediary — we provide the platform, not the message.

You agree to use PinnedForYou only for lawful, professional purposes.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws (e.g. privacy, anti-spam, or intellectual property laws)
• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive communications through the platform
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or misleading
• Attempt to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform or its data
• Access or use another user's account without permission
• Sell, rent, or share your access to the platform without our consent

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Our platform may generate AI-powered recommendations, contact suggestions, or message drafts. These are:

• Provided "as-is" for convenience only
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
• Your responsibility to review before use

We do not accept liability for decisions based on AI outputs. You remain solely responsible for the messages you send.

Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, LinkedIn, email tools). These are:

• Provided for your convenience
• Governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies
• Not controlled or endorsed by us

You use these services at your own risk.

PinnedForYou processes publicly available professional data (e.g. names, titles, company info) to power networking tools.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of public data.
• You agree to use all data in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPRA).
• You are responsible for verifying whether you can lawfully contact any individual.
• You must respect individual opt-outs and requests not to be contacted.

We take data security seriously and employ industry-standard safeguards (e.g. encryption, access controls).

However:

• No platform is 100% secure
• You agree to keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately at legal@pinnedforyou.com if you suspect unauthorized access

If we detect a security breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly, in accordance with applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or accuracy
• Any guarantee that our platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Any liability for outcomes resulting from user decisions, AI outputs, or public data use

You use the platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions
• Our total liability to you is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 6 months — whichever is greater

Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on liability — in such cases, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold PinnedForYou harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or losses that arise from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Any content or data you submit, upload, or send through the platform

We reserve the right to assume our own defense in such cases, and you may not settle without our written consent.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse the Service
• Violate applicable laws

Upon termination, your account and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Retention Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our site with an updated date.

If the changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g. via email or banner). Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
